Nanjing Deji World Trade Center, China

Located in the new Hexi CBD business district of Nanjing, LMCA was commissioned to reposition the previous facade for the main Signature Tower and Retail Podium.

The 151,100 square meter (1,626,427 sq. ft.) signature tower of the Deji World Trade Center provides a sleek new presence with opened corners, a newly configured crown, and a redesigned curtainwall facade. 

The 67 story, 326.5 meter (1,071 feet) tall tower is redefined with a cantilevered curtainwall system which creates a reveal on all 4 corners helping to re-shape the tower with a dynamic linear planar presence. This new shape unifies the retail podium and adjacent residential towers.
